Losing weight is time-consuming, it is physical but it’s possible if you want to lose weight and it can be fun. Being overweight and obese is a significant risk of global death.
Your body is always detoxifying as long as you aren’t overwhelming your body with toxins or harmful foods.
The first step in cleaning your body is to limit the number of toxins (alcohol, caffeine, sugar or any kind of refined processed food) you are putting inside your body, remember obesity can affect every organ of your body.
Drink more WATER
Note: Avoid any kind of refined prepared food or junk food if you want a strong and healthy body.
Drinking water is another way to clean, the right way, your body. It is a really great way to clean your body of toxins.
For example, you can drink lemon water in the morning, this can have a double effect on your body in helping to detoxify and alkalis.
Start eating more detoxifying foods (fruits and vegetables) so go to your grocery store and get some healthy foods. You can make a big difference in your diet if you concentrate on making some small manageable changes and do it consistently.
Regular soda has no nutritional benefit to your body and the only things you get from a soda are calories and chemicals.
Switching from a soda to an unsweetened tea or water that’s flavored with fruits or flavored with cucumbers, for example, is always a good choice.
Sugary drinks do turn into fat and do cause weight gain so giving up sugary drinks is a really healthy way to stop gaining weight. Drinking water is an excellent way to flush out your toxins and, more importantly, to keep you full.
Don’t skip breakfast, only if you are hungry.
Oatmeal is such a fantastic breakfast because it is full of soluble fiber and it keeps full for a long time.
Another great characteristic of oatmeal is reducing cholesterol levels. You can add some rice milk, maybe some maple syrup or some fruits and vegetables.
If you are not hungry, do not eat because it will create an insulin spike and then you will be hungry again. That is not good for those who want to lose weight. Wait until 10:30 or 11:30 and then eat.
Learn how to manage hunger so that hunger stops dominating you. As long as you are eating a diet of processed foods you are constantly going to feel hungry and you are not gonna feel satisfied.
Eating a lot of refined carbohydrates and sugar is also going to affect you and not able to satisfy your hunger.
Sugar-free and Diet products
Often, people replace their sugary foods with these “diet” products. The claims made on the front of these so-called “diet foods and beverages” like sugar-free or diet or light, etc are there only for marketing purposes.
If you take a closer look at the back of those products, you will see a long list of ingredients and then you would realize that it’s the same junk and toxic food. These products are not gonna help you to have a healthy life or lose some weight.
Be smarter than the one who promotes this junk food, read the back label, not just the front one and this way you can resist and have a healthy life.
Carbohydrates and sugar are the main threat to our health, leading to obesity, heart disease and the lack of fats is leading to health problems.
We need to avoid carbohydrates and sugar but not the healthy fats because the fats are good for the health of our brain, our heart.
These healthy fats, like olive oil or coconut oil, are helping us to feel satisfied after we eat a meal and going to help you lose weight.
You need to stop if you are starving yourself or counting calories when you are eating.
Starvation is not gonna help you have a healthy life and it is not a sustainable way to lose weight and it is gonna create a stressful situation in your body.
So instead of limiting your calories, you should concentrate on eating the right calories and improving the calories that you are consuming.
Don’t stress yourself out losing weight loss because that stress could the very thing sabotaging your weight loss efforts.
Imagine your future healthy self and start living that life now, what kinds of foods you would eat, how many calories you would need to maintain a healthy life, that would be the right way to achieve the goal to live healthily.
